    Unspecified The Facilities and EHS Team are seeking a Facilities Technician with a background in electrical works to join our team in Winnersh, UK.

    This is an all round and varied facilities maintenance role within an established team at a modern building within the aerospace industry.

    Working with the Senior Facilities Tech and Facilities Apprentice you will have a background in preventative and reactive maintenance and hold a 17th Edition electrical qualification or equivalent.

    Electrical works including light fittings in the DIAILL system, new cabling installations, amendments to existing set ups and runs, understanding the buildings demand and load, thermal imaging of DB boards and remedial works, PAT testing, compliance with the Collins electrical working policy.

    ~Become fully conversant with our applicable risk assessments, policy and procedural requirements and work within the necessary regulatory requirements
    ~ General preventative maintenance tasks
    ~ Reactive maintenance tasks
    ~ Occasional emergency call outs out of hours (weekends and over night) which are unescorted
    ~ Working with and escorting 3rd party contractors including onsite coordination and creating work permits
    ~ Approachable and ready to help
    Keen to learn and develop their career within Facilities
    This is a full time, on site role.
