    Home Manager - Hull - 58, ,000 DOE plus bonus and benefits

    Looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Home Manager to oversee a medium to large residential care home in Hull. Our client is a respected private healthcare provider, committed to delivering exceptional care for older people, including those with dementia.

    This role offers a competitive salary between 58,000 and 61,000 per annum, plus a bonus and a variety of benefits. You'll also have the chance to progress and develop within the company, and up to 33 days of annual leave.

    As the Home Manager, you'll be:
    • Managing finances and budgets
    • Ensuring the smooth daily running of the home
    • Handling sales and marketing to maintain occupancy
    • Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality care, exceeding internal and CQC expectations
