    Description
    Are you an experienced manager with a passion for complex mental health care? We're looking for a dedicated Home Manager to join a high-end care facility in East Riding of Yorkshire. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and quality-focused environment.

    Commutable from Hull, Hessley, Beverley, York and surrounding areas.

    This role offers an attractive salary of up to £60,000, along with 35 days of annual leave. Additionally, you'll have access to private medical insurance and unparalleled support from the regional team, ensuring both your professional development and the residents' needs are well catered for.

    Our client is a private provider who places a strong emphasis on quality. The home you'll be managing provides luxury care for complex behaviours, specialising in mental health, physical disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. However, they welcome managers from any healthcare sector to apply.

    As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
    • Overseeing the management of the home in East Riding of Yorkshire
    • Ensuring the highest quality of care for residents with complex behaviours
    • Working closely with the regional team for support and development
    • Striving to take the home from good to outstanding

    The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role should have:
    • Home management experience within a complex care setting

    • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
