- Responsible for key aspects of Insurance product offerings including supporting early stage of the product innovation lifecycle, developing value proposition and market positioning.
- Work closely with product development teams consisting of product management and advisory resources from specification and development of the new product to roll out and maintenance.
- Develop ideas and business plans for new product strategy, including tracking current and emerging "deep currents" to identify potential new product opportunities or modifications to existing products.
- Communicate solutions strategies and financial impact to senior management and key internal stakeholders to obtain buy-in.
- Source and analyze market feedback on products and services.
- Develop estimates of total available market sizes as part of the development of the business case to support go/no-go decisions.
- Educate sales force about products at team meetings, global offsites and product roadshows.
- Take active role in consulting on potential corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.
- Monitor the execution of the solutions strategies in coordination with various internal departments.
- Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) in a business related discipline or marketing, graduate/second-level degree (e.g. MBA, Master's) preferred.
- 5+ years experience.
- Experience in marketing, strategic planning or product development also favorably considered.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytic skills (including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access and relational database queries).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

The Role / Responsibilities:
