- Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle all stages of litigation from inception to resolution.
- Extensive experience in dealing with all manner of commercial and civil disputes, including drafting witness statements, preparing trial bundles, and conducting advocacy.
- Experience in managing costs and budgets for litigation cases.

Our client's litigation team handles a diverse range of cases, encompassing personal injury, negligence, property litigation, as well as general civil and commercial disputes.
We are currently seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic team, focusing on commercial and general civil litigation matters.
Manage a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, and company disputes.
