    Description

    Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional support in a retail environment? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our retail sales staff and ensuring smooth transactions for our valued customers.

    Hours: Part-time, 4 days per week including weekends, 10:00 - 15:00

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to retail sales staff, including but not limited to order processing, and customer inquiries.
    • Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each sales transaction, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Create and maintain point-of-sale materials to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
    • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized sales area, including restocking merchandise and tidying displays.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in using computer software.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
    • Flexibility to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
