P ermanent / Full Time

Have experience of performing studies, FEED , and detail design of Piping fabrications in an EPC environment or client role is highly preferred.

Have worked in a brown field environment/project preferred.
Be knowledgeable of offshore piping lay-out requirements (Design, Safety, Construction and installation and maintenance aspects).
In depth experience of offshore safety regulations and construction requirements.
Producing and design checking Piping detail (fabrication) drawings (Piping isometrics and Pipe supports).
Have experience in using and interacting with cloud data to develop piping design and clash check.

Generate and design checking piping survey scope of work and liaison with DC team for laser scan as well as tie in survey.

Understand and have knowledge of tie-in survey data and implementing in detailed design deliverables (Flange face orientation/deflection etc.).

Liaise closely with other disciplines to ensure all equipment requirements and vendor data are addressed in the design, specification of equipment, construction sequencing and commissioning.

Offshore and onshore Oil and Gas business, but similar transferrable industries skills will be also considered in lieu of specific O&G experience.

~3D modelling (AutoCAD plant 3D is preferred but other similar 3D tools are considered acceptable) and study.
~ CATS&SPEC and Design application of 3D mo delling tool is essential for the role. Generating and design checking 3D mo dels (AutoCAD plant 3D preferred). Design checking deliverables that conform to all applicable industry engineering codes and standards as well as the client's policies and procedures relative to the piping and equipment being specified. K nowledge and understanding of relevant Oil & Gas Industry Codes and Standards
Competent in the use of MS Office applications
