From day one, you'll have a direct impact, focusing on customer needs and aiding them in getting back on track swiftly.

    Interested, but worried about needing prior experience? No need to fret. Our specialized internal training team will provide you with all the essential knowledge. We'll supply you with a laptop from day one, and support will just be a phone call away.

    It's not just about answering calls; it's much more than that initial interaction. You could be handling new claims, managing your ongoing cases, and investigating accidents. This role is diverse, engaging, and dynamic, requiring individuals who prioritize customers.

    Our Claims Department

    Claims are the core of any insurance business, and at Admiral, it's no different. Our Claims Department offers various roles and opportunities, and this is your chance to be a part of it at Admiral. Along with the base salary of £25,310, there's also the potential for extra earnings through overtime.

    As a member of our Claims team, you can anticipate:

    - Communicating with customers via phone, email, or webchat

    - Managing a portfolio of claims involving customers, third parties, and suppliers

    - Collaborating with colleagues, departments, suppliers, and third parties to conduct intriguing investigations

    - Providing top-notch service, showcasing compassion and empathy when clients need us the most

    - Making a positive impact through customer interactions or enhancing the workplace environment

    The application procedure

    We follow a two-stage application process. Once you submit your application, our in-house recruiters will review it, and if successful, you'll be invited for an in-person interview. Interviews are scheduled for the 9th and 10th of May, with a starting date of 3rd June.

    If your application is successful, we will evaluate your skills and experience to assign you a role in one of the Claims departments.
