Description

Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation.


As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets.

The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.


As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join the team to support the Warehouse Leads, by receiving goods, storing and issuing materials.


  • Key responsibilities will include:_
  • Organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to distribute within the business
  • Fulfilment of Bills of Materials for production
  • Stock control of finished goods, consumables and materials
  • Packing and preparing delivery of goods to customers
  • Providing components from stock for all departments
  • Ensure that inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled
  • Maintain the stores in a neat and tidy fashion
  • Updating our MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system of stock received against purchase orders
  • Compliance with all company policies, in particular our quality, health and safety and environmental policies.
  • Skills and experience required:_
  • Previous proven experience working within a mechanical / electrical production assembly environment
  • Demonstrated use of traceability tools and systems
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles (Kaizen, 5S etc)
  • Previous experience preparing and shipping large goods on an international level
  • Familiar with using MS Excel, MS Outlook and preferably a stock management system
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), good collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams
  • Resultsorientated and good attention to detail
  • Good understanding and appreciation for health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for you, your colleagues and visitors at all times
  • A strong team player, selfmotivated with a cando attitude.
  • Desirable:_
  • Previous experience working within an aerospace regulated background (AS9100)
  • Experience of using Microsoft Navigation Dynamics MRP system
  • Full driving license
  • Experience in operating forklift vehicles.
