    Location:
    Glasgow (hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

    You will be joining a team who have worked in other Series A startups, digital agencies, and at top tech companies including and Sainsbury's Digital Tech & Data.

    We are a pioneering scale-up technology business that enables the decarbonisation of real estate.

    Our platform is currently targeted at the multi-tenant real estate sector, providing a cutting-edge software solution to centralise, control, and monitor IoT devices across a portfolio of buildings anywhere in the world.

    Reporting to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our new Resident App.

    With a dedicated full stack product team (product design, front-end and back-end engineering) and working closely with business colleagues in customer success, marketing and sales, we are looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments to lead the Resident App.

    Conducting user research including interviews, surveys, and testing, to assess product value
    Reviewing product analytics and BI data to assess product health and viability
    Influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders
    Conducting agile rituals
