    Description

    ATTENTION DEVELOPERS

    I am working with an early-stage UK based B2B Fintech start-up that are revolutionising cash flow management for small businesses using AI.

    Founded by a Deutsche Bank derivatives trader this opportunity is an exciting one that will offer a great amount of career progression.


    About the Role:
    They are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join as the First Engineer.

    You will be working on emerging technologies like LLM to build a pioneering and world-class product to solve some high-impact real-world problems.

    You must be comfortable hustling and figuring out ways to solve unstructured problems.
    They highly value the ability to take ownership and deliver to meet business objectives. This role will give you the opportunity in the future to build and grow a team of engineers.

    In terms of technical skills, I am looking for:

    • Strong proficiency in Python and React (*Must have*)
    • Strong understanding of AWS architecture, and experience with microservices (*Must have*)
    • Minimum of 3 years of software development experience in a professional setup
    This is an exciting opportunity to raise your professional profile by helping pioneer a first-of-its-kind product. This will be a UK-based role, preferably in London, with remote/hybrid working.

    We'll offer salary + equity, both negotiable.
    Commitment can start part-time with an expectation to join full-time.
