We're thrilled to be seeking a new Woodland Skills Coordinator at Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development. The main location for this role will be at Thames Young Mariners in Ham, Richmond, TW10 7RX, with the need to work at other centers and with the outreach team across Surrey. The working hours may vary to meet business needs and could include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Bushcraft, Forest Schools, or Woodland Skills Instructor passionate about advancing the SOLD Little Squirrels product and overseeing the SOLD Woodland Skills offering across all sites and within the outreach service. Your role involves motivating the team with effective management, supporting staff development, and inspiring them to deliver exceptional programs. We prioritize excellence in various aspects such as health and safety, customer experience, facilities, services, and staff quality.
