    Description

    Introduction

    This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week required onsite and the rest of the work can be done from home. You may be required to attend the office outside of your normal days if there are meetings or workshops etc. My client is a large and growing consultancy who have a big presence in the defence and national security sectors. They are at the forefront of some of the most technologically advanced and innovative military solutions. They are looking for an IT Business Analyst with a M365 background who is happy to operate within a technical environment. You will need to be able to gather requirements and develop business cases and schedules to ensure internal IT work can be completed to objectives. Key responsibilities
    • Create user journeys and gather technical IT requirements related to Networks, Software & Infrastructure
    • Make decisions on work request issues and act as a point of escalation
    • Background in IT business analysis, preferably with Defence or National Security exposure
    • Operate within a technical IT environment covering Networks, Software, and Infrastructure
    • Prioritize customer service, building relationships, managing expectations, and negotiating with business partners
    • Develop business cases and schedules for project completion within time, cost, and quality objectives
    • Build teams across business boundaries and ensure flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities and rapid change
    Skills & experience
    • Background in IT business analysis, preferably with Defence or National Security exposure
    • Experience in technical IT environment covering Networks, Software, and Infrastructure
    • Strong focus on customer service, building relationships, managing expectations, and negotiating with business partners
    • Ability to develop business cases and schedules to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality objectives
