As Executive Researcher you will be accountable for identifying and engaging senior external physicians and R&D senior talent to play a key role in developing medicines impacting the lives of thousands of patients.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

• Establish expectations with senior R&D and business leaders, informing the hiring process, utilising competitor market intelligence and insights
• Provide guidance on likely talent and availability in the marketplace, including any key compensation insights, as well as attractiveness of employee value proposition
• Research strategy and execution: talent and competitor mapping and pipelining, through a variety of different methods
• Insight gathering from network and leveraging these to further increase the focus of the search
• Ensuring that all information gathered is captured in relevant recruitment systems in a timely and accurate fashion, ensuring utmost compliance with GDPR

Why You?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Experience in either a search firm as a researcher or internal direct-sourcing recruitment function, along with specific experience in sourcing physicians and/or senior R&D talent
• A track record in simultaneously supporting multiple physician/R&D recruitment campaigns ranging from the Medical Director to the Senior Vice President levels
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with internal senior leaders and external key talent, along with the ability to articulate scientific and clinical information clearly
• Experience in managing a high degree of complexity in a changing environment and broad mix of R&D functions
• Strong sourcing techniques to attract physicians and senior R&D candidates across various medical and scientific specialties (including all appropriate social media and digital technologies)
• The ability to work effectively in teams, to share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, and a willingness to learn from others
• Advanced time and project management skills in a robust technical environment
