How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:
We are seeking a skilled Market Specialist (Sales Account Manager) to join Air Liquide's Food & Pharmaceutical Market Unit in order to generate new sales and drive sustainable growth plus manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying ways to bring value and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key to success will be the ability to work in close collaboration with various internal departments including Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering in order to maximise internal resources to maintain and develop relationships with a portfolio of accounts.
Sales Strategy
- Generate New Business by developing relationships with new and potential customers, successfully moving through the various stages of the sales cycle.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure Customers receive value from Air Liquide's services.
Sales Performance
- Utilising CRM (Salesforce), effectively and efficiently plan activities to meet sales objectives, identifying competitor threats through networking with customers and sharing the findings with the business.
General
- Manage the internal qualification process to identify priorities on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate business areas and sales processes to meet customer needs effectively.

Are you a MATCH?:
- Demonstrable experience in a sales environment with the ability to deliver excellent Customer Experience.
- Experience in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- The ability to speak clearly and communicate information so others can understand.
- High levels of selfawareness.
