    Welcome to our dynamic scheme designed for graduates in Fire Engineering Science, Fire & Leadership studies, or Level 3 qualified individuals in fire safety or fire engineering disciplines.

    Whether you're fresh out of university or already navigating the world of fire safety, if you crave progression into a full-time assessor role, this program is tailored for you.

    Throughout the program, you'll split your time between our bustling Wilmslow head office and the field, shadowing our seasoned H&S and fire safety professionals across our group companies.

    Forget the traditional training scheme - here, you won't just grasp theory; you'll manage your workload with the guidance and expertise of a support network comprising qualified professionals dedicated to shaping you into your best self.

    As part of this initiative, we're committed to assisting you in achieving further Fire or H&S qualifications.
