Community Property Care is looking for a hardworking and reliable person to fill our Mobile Property Caretaker position based in the Southampton to undertake regular grounds maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Main Duties:

Regular grounds maintenance of external areas across a wide portfolio of developments, both large and small, as well as cleaning of internal communal areas.
Carry out general ground maintenance, ad hoc maintenance and repairs.
Assist with the cleaning of internal communal areas within the region, that extends to our wider business model.
Help assess maintenance and health and safety issues including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.

Person Specification:

Have a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type of role would be highly advantageous.
Have at least 1 year of cleaning experience.
Demonstrate good decisionmaking skills and common sense.
Take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care' representative when on site.
Experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
A team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
Live in Southampton
Hold a current and full manual Driving License (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool for the job).
