Are you a proven successful relationship manager looking for a new opportunity within the Educational sector for a registered charity based in Buckinghamshire?


This role is based outside High Wycombe and is a hybrid role requiring only 1 day a week in the office.

The salary on offer is between £35,000- £45,000 + commission


This role reports into the Head of Commercial Partnerships and the role will be to build effective relationships and engagement with a portfolio of partners, across a range of sectors, to increase their overall spend and awareness of the company.

You willunderstand customer needs and communicate the company products and services effectively using a consultative sales approach.


Key duties of the role

  • Develop and maintain an account plan for key customers
  • Account manage a portfolio of customers, upselling and crossselling the full range of products and services
  • Providing value in corporate partnership and renewal of subscriptions
  • Record data accurately in CRM
  • Create growth in revenue and memberships
  • Produce a monthly report showing the status of your accounts
  • Renewal rate of portfolio of accounts
  • Build an understanding of accounts' business environment and keep up to date with current affairs
  • Attending internal and external events where appropriate. Host events and run webinars as appropriate
  • Regular catch ups with internal colleagues to keep uptodate with product development

Experience

  • Sales and key account management experience
  • New business development experience
  • Experience of membership and/or professional organisations

Skills

  • Excellent relationship management and customer service
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
