    Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
    Number of Positions: 3
    Location: Singapore
    Salary: $2000 SGD/month + OT
    Working Hours: 8 hours/day
    Duties:
    As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee the mechanical operations within the marine industry. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a mechanical supervisor in the marine industry.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction, repair, and maintenance of marine engines.
    • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively, management, and external stakeholders.


    Requirements

    • Oversee and coordinate mechanical activities in the marine industry, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.


    • Manage the construction, repair, and maintenance of marine engines, including troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.


    • Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.


    • Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and prevent breakdowns.


    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.


    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of mechanical team members.


    • Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all personnel.


    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a mechanical supervisor in the marine industry.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction, repair, and maintenance of marine engines.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with team members effectively and stakeholders.
