    Job Role: Service Account Manager Company Name: JacobsMassey Sector: Corporate Live Events Job type: Full time Salary: £60k-£70k + Company Benefits Job Location: Surrey Job description/ responsibilities: We have a new immediate opportunity for an experienced Service Account Manager to be a key part of our client's Service Sales team, representing our client, taking full responsibility for developing and managing their existing and new Service Accounts & Contracts for our client. To identify, target and develop new business opportunities for our client's Support Services Division to increase market share and maintain current contracts.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Service Account Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

    Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To prepare and issue maintenance contracts and support proposals
    • To account manage named service accounts to ensure all service activities are carried out to their customers satisfaction to ensure renewal of their service contract
    • To ensure contracts are profitable and all service costs are covered and charged back to their customer as necessary
    • To ensure their customers renew their contracts at the end of their contract term
    • Attendance at regular account management meetings as required
    • Minuting of service meetings and implementation of any service actions that may arise
    • Ongoing development of service accounts to increase wallet share
    • Create a detailed account map including strategies for growth as well as retention
    • Problem resolution on all contracts as required
    • To be a first point of service escalation in the circumstances where their customers are unhappy with their contracted services being delivered
    • Full coordination with their service operations teams and customer service agents
    • Preparation and delivery of monthly service reports
    • To ensure all services are being delivered in line with those contracted
    • To be fully conversant with the service catalogue and to be able to sell all services confidently into their current and new service accounts
    • To gain a thorough understanding of the market place and identify key business opportunities where existing contracts not currently serviced by our client are coming up for renewal / re-tender
    • To become fully conversant with our client's service offerings and be able to sell these effectively into new accounts
    • To identify, develop and work with strategic partners to assist in the growth of the business
    • Generate single and multi-year support contracts
    • Identification of any potential Audio Visual and Videoconferencing Project Opportunities (although these will be progressed by a different team)
    • To ensure all leads & opportunities are fully updated on a regular basis to enable management to create relevant reports and sales forecasts
    Experience required:
