    Job Role: Venue AV Account Manager Company Name: JacobsMassey Sector: Corporate Live Events Job type: Full time Salary: £40k + Company Benefits Job Location: London Job description/ responsibilities: We have a new opportunity for an experienced Venue AV Account Manager who will be responsible to maintain and develop a relationship within their customer's large high end London venue.

    We're looking for a candidate with extensive account management experience working with high end venues and customers. The ideal candidate will also have technical experience in the audio visual event sector.

    The successful candidate will have excellent account management skills, the ability to multitask and should thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Acting as the main point of contact you will work with the venue to sell space and promote our client's services, identify new opportunities and develop new ideas.
    • You will provide technical advice and manage their customers' technical requirements, liaising as to their customer specifications and operational deliverables to ensure consistently high their customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
    • Assisting with the supervision of the on-site technical team to ensure that the delivery of the job is both efficient and technically sound.
    • Liaising with their customers and our client's technical team both in advance of and during an event to ensure that their customer receives the highest level of service at all times.
    • Contributing to post-event review meetings and regular sales meetings.
    Qualifications and pre-requisites:
    • Experience in account management of large scale conferences and live technical events.
    • A broad technical knowledge base across all areas of video, sound, lighting, networking and IT.
    • Commercial awareness and Budgetary skills - demonstrate a clear understanding of our client's business and the ability to effectively balance cost, quality and ensure profitability.
    • The ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
    • Flexibility – the ability to facilitate overtime including early mornings, late evening and some weekend working.
    • Highly customer focused (as delivering the best quality service to their customers is at the heart of what our client do)
    • A great team player.
    Experience required:

    Audio Visual systems – 2 years

    Account Management – 3 years

    Live Events – 2 years
