We are looking for Sales Rock Star executives with a proven track record working in a corporate sales environment, ideally B2C target driven environment, would also suit insurance, telecoms, recruitment and financial services sales backgrounds.

The main purpose of the role would be to: To handle all Outbound sales calls from customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels about the various plans the company offer. Achieve department conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
You would look to progress the customer care to the next stage of the process and of course all calls would adhere to FCA regulations - standard practice for the industry. All calls will be auto logged and key information recorded so attention to detail and accuracy are key when handling each call. There calls are quite details so we would expect no more than 30-40 calls per day.
Another important priority task of the role is to act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all activity undertaken reflects the company in a positive way and delivers exemplary Customer Service.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
Strong telephone call handling experience (preferred minimum of 1 year)
Showcasing the ability to handle a variety of calls professionally and accurately
Delivering excellent Customer Service
Working in accordance with detailed procedures
Able to solve problems and identify process improvement
Flexible approach with the ability to adapt quickly to meet business needs
Work with flexibility as part of a team.
Confidently overcome the callers objectives
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills at all levels
Able to demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, kindness and patience
Resilient with a real desire for success and helping others
Can-do attitude, self-motivated
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
