    Шукаємо талановитого Customer Success спеціаліста в команду для роботи з існуючими клієнтами Serpstat. Ця роль надає можливість працювати в одному з найбільш технологічних відділів з відточеними процесами та детальною аналітикою. Онлайн-сервіс Serpstat, призначений для фахівців інтернет-маркетингу, вже визнаний світовим лідером, зростаючи від стартапу до команди 70 + спеціалістів. Наші клієнти — це великі гравці на світовому ринку, включаючи навіть 4 міністерства. Якщо ти любиш активно спілкуватися з клієнтами, навчати та розвивати їх потенціал, то ми чекаємо на тебе. Ти також матимеш можливість працювати в стабільному та динамічному середовищі, де твій внесок визначатиме успіх нашої команди.
    Твої скіли:
    Грамотна українська мова (усна та письмова).
    Володіння англійською мовою на рівні В2 та вище (усна та письмова).
    Знання базових принципів інтернет-маркетингу.
    Здатність відчувати потреби клієнтів.
    Ефективне спілкування та вміння активно слухати клієнта.
    Швидке засвоєння нового матеріалу та бажання розвиватись.
    Спрямованість на досягнення результату та висока відповідальність.
    Розуміння важливості дедлайнів та готовність до роботи з запереченнями клієнтів. Буде плюсом:
    Досвід роботи з CRM-системами для керування взаємодією з клієнтами.
    Базове розуміння SEO.
    Команда чекає від тебе:
    Забезпечення успішного впровадження сервісу для нових клієнтів шляхом навчання та демонстрацій сервісу на екрані.
    Проведення додаткових консультацій та пропозиція клієнтам розширених послуг - продажі/додаткові продажі.
    Активного спілкування з клієнтами для забезпечення їх задоволеності та виявлення їх потреб.
    Розв'язання фінансових та юридичних питань клієнтів.
    Ми пропонуємо:
    Оплату — ставку + щомісячний бонус. Це означає, що ти сам впливаєш на свій дохід, але маєш «подушку безпеки» у вигляді фіксованої оплати.
    Гнучкий графік роботи з можливістю починати робочий день із 09:00 до 12:00, та завершувати з 18:00 до 21:00.
    Можливість працювати повністю віддалено або в офісі (Одеса, Київ, Харків та Черкаси). Офіси автономні на випадок відключення світла.
    Індивідуальну та групову роботу з корпоративним психологом.
    Оплачувану відпустку — 18 робочих днів, 8 оплачуваних лікарняних на рік, та 11 державних вихідних.
