    Currently 2 roles available:


    End to end research design across projects including brand performance, brand equity, brand loyalty, awareness, brand growth, campaign effectiveness, creative pre-testing etcEnd to end research design with a focus on clients within financial services across a variety of projects including Consumer Duty, creative brand work, through to U&A.

    Great opportunity to assist in growing and building out the Financial Service offering.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, providing strategic direction and trusted advisory support across a variety of ad hoc and brand projectsTranslate research expertise into actionable insights that fuel business decisions and drive client satisfaction.

    Drive market revenue growth through client management and new business developmentGuide junior members of the team to ensure project objectives are met and insights are effectively delivered.

    Act as a key point of contact, facilitating clear communication and problem-solving to exceed client expectationsProvide timely reporting and contribute to company growth and direction

    Key Skills:7+ years' experience in a Market Research agency and/or client-side role with a focus on Quantitative research / mixed methods.

    Strong understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for clientsClient Management:
    Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a strategic focus, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth opportunities

    Business Development:
    Experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition

    Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth and enhance client retention

    Benefits:
