Sales and Account Manager - Out of Home Media

£35k-£50k DOE + great commission

London (hybrid)


Our client is seeking an experienced; driven; and versatile out of home sales professional to drive revenue with clients; media agencies; and outdoor specialists, across a variety of products and to defined targets.

Savvy Media are working with one of the UK's leading out of home media owners across their space to find a dedicated Account Manager, who will be responsible for a roster of clients and agencies on their team, leading knowledge on their patch and sellingacross all levels of the decision making process.


Key responsibilities:

  • Selling all products to clients; agencies; and out of home specialists;
  • Achieving set revenue targets based on the patch you are working across (this target will be specific to each person);
  • Responsibility for an agency and client patch, with full knowledge of all aspects of their patch a consistent requirement;
  • Identifying and targeting relevant clients, actively persuading them to advertise with the business;
  • Pitching in inperson presentations; over the phone; and virtual meetings;
  • Selling at all levels up to director and sometimes the Csuite;
  • Selling in all environments with true expert knowledge on all existing and any new formats the company is developing;
  • Sharing knowledge and experience around the team to promote best practice.
  • At least three years' experience in advertising sales. Media agency and OOH experience is a huge advantage;
  • Revenuefocused with an eye for new business, able to approach objections and challenges with a creative and open mindset;
  • Open to sharing collaboratively with the team in terms of skills; information; and occasionally workload;
  • Selfmotivated and a quick learner on internal systems able to effectively manage bookings and writing/actioning business plans;
  • A proactive mindset to chase up leads as well as uncover them with the right approach;
  • Understanding of the broader agency planning function and the role of out of home within this context.
