    Salesforce Platform Lead

    Job Description

    An Established Salesforce end user in the Financial services industry is looking to add a new salesforce lead to their Operations Team.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Liaising with stakeholders to establish needs, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives
    • Oversee a salesforce administrator & also the 3rd party vendor relationship.
    • Build strong relationships with the salesforce team, understand their needs and motivations.
    • Responsible for salesforce configuration and also Apex when required.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Salesforce administrator certification
    • 5/6 years experience within Salesforce
    • Ability to mentor & lead the CRM team
    • Sales + service cloud experience + ideally CPQ or Marketing Cloud
    • Basic Apex experience required
    • Flows experience
    • Knowledge of Agile work practices.
