Third Square are excited to be partnering with one of our favourite publishing company clients to recruit a Lead Circulation Analyst.


JOB PURPOSE


The Lead Circulation Analyst will support the Global Learning Pillar by developing, delivering, and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions that transform data into actionable insight.

The role will use a variety of tools and databases to drive strategic data-informed decisions; acquire, prepare, and analyse data as they develop, maintain, and manage new and existing reports.

In this global role, the Lead Circulation Analyst will lead, manageand prioritize multiple data and analytics projects simultaneously, supporting and contributing to strategic business initiatives.

They will regularly participate in team-based projects that require the ability to produce results and thrive in a collaborativeblend of technical and business environments.


SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Significant experience developing, analysing, and disseminating datadriven actionable insights with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proven track record of success managing multiple data focused projects to completion simultaneously.
  • Resourceful, inquisitive and possessing a lean continuous improvement mindset
  • Extensive ability to produce and present clear reports utilizing a variety of Microsoft
Office 365 apps including advanced skills in Excel.

  • Expert experience with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI and Query), working
with unstructured and structured data reporting systems. Knowledge/experience with

SQL.

  • Sound commercial judgement and proven experience working with complex data,
including financial.

  • Knowledge and experience of the journals publishing industry is desirable.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and an analytical aptitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the business.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with C-Suite level stakeholders and multiple and varied departments
  • Negotiation skills, including working effectively with stakeholders in other departments with competing priorities and resources
