    Description
    Multi skilled Engineer
    Monday - Friday Double Days shift
    Salary - £47,000-£50,000


    The multi skilled engineer will assist the Engineering shift Manager with the effective and efficient maintenance and operation of plant, machinery and services.

    Key responsibilities

    • Carry out preventative maintenance activities according to schedule.
    • Identify and diagnose technical issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including reports and records.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
    Skills required

    • A recognised apprenticeship followed by experience leading a team of Multi skilled engineers.
    • Experience of good manufacturing practices and modern manufacturing techniques and implementation of systems and procedures for improved manufacturing performance.
    • Strong electrical & mechanical fault finding skills.
    • PLC fault finding would be advantageous.
