    Ourthree founders Daniel Alex and Florian are accomplished serialentrepreneurs with a wealth of experience. EWORs leadership teamhas built and exited 7 companies before including a 1.2BN exit(Adjust) a 500 million exit (ProGlove) establishing the largestglobal entrepreneurship society for those under 26 (Sigma) andmaking more than 150 private angelinvestments.

    We invest up to to empowermultiple founders enabling them to draw a salary and prepare forsubstantial funding rounds during or after our Fellowshipprogramme. This investment is designed to support the initialstages of startup development fostering growth andinnovation.

    Highlighting our programmes successone of our fellows set a record for Europes largest preseed roundby a firsttime founder securing a 12M preseedinvestment.

    For those who prefer a moretraditional employment structure we are open to directly employingyou via a wagealternatively.

    Tasks

    • Youwill build and run your own startup in fields such as Web3.
    • You will go through 20 courses ranging fromteam building to nocode prototyping as well as preparing venturecapital rounds.
    • You will embark on an extensivepersonal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and followa rigorous programme enhancing your goal time and energymanagement.
