    Der Bereich Service Operations ist verantwortlich für das Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management bei unseren Endkunden. Wir stellen sicher, dass die Rechenzentrums-Komponenten unserer Kunden im Betrieb reibungslos funktionieren und unsere Services innerhalb der vereinbarten Service Level Agreements erbracht werden. Hierzu bieten wir unseren Kunden eine Reihe von flexiblen und modularen Dienstleistungen an, die vom reinen Rechenzentrums-Support bis hin zum Betrieb reichen. Deine Aufgaben:
  • Planung, Bereitstellung, Überwachung, Optimierung und Betreuung von Datenbanken im Oracle-Umfeld
  • Auswahl, Erstellung, Test und Betreuung von Tools zur Steuerung der Datenbanken
  • Programmierung von Batchläufen und Ablaufscripten zur Automatisierung der Produktion
  • Durchführung des Spacemanagements für die Datenbanken, Analyse und Reorganisation von Datenbanken
  • Sicherstellung des 3rd Party Supports für die benutzten Datenbanken
    • Dein Profil:
  • Spezialisierung und mehrjährige, nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im geforderten Aufgabenbereich, insbesondere im Bereich Oracle (Hoch-)Verfügbarkeit und Desaster Recovery
  • Langjährige Erfahrungen im Betrieb von Oracle Engineered Systems von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Unix-Skriptsprachen
  • Exadata Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
