    Job summary

    Jobsummary We are looking for a salaried GP to join our team for 4-6 sessions per week (4hr10 min session AM & PM).

    Salary £10500-£11000dependent on experience.

    We are a long established friendly and supportive, progressive trainingpractice, located in East Finchley, London N2 8BG.

    We areseeking to appoint a clinically excellent GP as a salaried GP to join ourrapidly growing practice.

    Main duties of the job

    Main duties of the job The post holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety ofduties including surgery consultation, telephone consultations and queries,visiting patients at home, checking, and signing repeat prescriptions anddealing with queries and clinical paperwork.

    Making professionalautonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems whether self-referredor referred from other health care workers within the organisation

    Assessing the health careneeds of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problem

    Screening patients fordisease risk factors and early signs of illness. Developing care plans forhealth in consultation with patients in line with current practice diseasemanagement protocols

    To adhere to the GMC Code of Professional Conduct

    To maintain own clinical competencies and be responsible for own continuing professional development

    To assess, plan, monitor and evaluate patient care using evidence based practice and in accordance with practice protocols and guidelines.

    To establish and monitor good working relationships with the GPs, and other health care professionals, statutory and voluntary organisations.
