- Clients are typically small to medium sized, with some clients large enough to require an audit, but that is a smaller part of the client base.
- You can put your stamp on things here, reviewing how the firm approaches marketing, software, systems etc.
- The firm are super efficient, barely anyone works overtime and they were well-ahead of the workload in January for example.

You will be a proven accountant / professional, ACA or ACCA qualified and with strong experience gained in practice, your focus will be to organise work, oversee staff, manage client relationships, ensure technical compliance / standards and work next to other members of the management team to develop the firm. You may still be developing towards this level of responsibility and not yet a Manager or an experienced Manager, all levels of experience will be considered if you are the right character fit long term for this firm.
