    Description

    We're looking for a talented Midweight Designer, with a portfolio brimming with fresh campaign ideas and with experience in across all digital media channels.

    You'll be a key member of our creative team, helping us continue to grow our reputation for producing brave creative work in all disciplines that helps our clients' businesses thrive, and wins major creative awards.

    they can shift human emotion, capture the cultural zeitgeist, trailblaze what's new and next, and do good in society.

    We are McCann Demand, an agency of its own, but also very much an extension of McCann Central, the UK's largest integrated agency with over 500 individuals working together to help brands play a meaningful role in people's lives.

    Ability to flex ideas and executions across digital channels and establish visually stunning, digital-first design.
    Creative agency background preferable, or experience in a forward-thinking digital product studio.
    You're someone who is constantly looking to push the quality of design output. And who's always a Brand guardian for the clients you work on.
    You're the kind of designer who has a knack of giving every project a different visual lens.

    Your portfolio will showcase your ability to ideate and create stunning social and digital content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop.

    Strong teamwork skills - the ability to work with Strategists, creatives and technology teams, as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
