    Professional Development:
    Working as a locum in Social Work provides opportunities for continuous professional development.

    Care coordination of complex cases under CPA, developing co-produced care plans with service users, risk assessment and management, safeguarding, holistic assessment of mental health and social care needs, conducting Care Act assessments, working with carers and wider support networks, partnership working with other statutary and voluntary organisations, liaison with inatient units, accurate record keeping and report writing.

    Degree or equivalent in social work
    Current Social Work England registration
    Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
    Must have experience of working with adults with psychosis and complex needs, experience of Care Act assessments and reviews
    Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to engage with service users with diverse backgrounds

    Must have a good knowledge of relevant legislation, policy & procedure including Safeguarding, Mental Health Act, Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
