    Our client is one of the largest business software companies in the UK, providing a range of innovative SaaS solutions to SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.

    From a state-of-the-art regional office in Glasgow city centre, their experienced and passionate team of sales consultants deliver a successful new business and account management function and are focused on providing an exceptional level of customer service to their clients throughout the UK.

    To augment their success, they are looking to attract an experienced sales team leader to assume responsibilities for the following:
    Lead, motivate, develop, and mentor a team of several office-based software sales professionals
    Create an effective outbound sales pursuit capability to identify, land and expand opportunities out with the current inbound sales capability
    Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide feedback, guidance and additional training support where required
    Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, exceed targets, and achieve outstanding results
    Implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of your team
    Provide weekly progress reports to the sales leadership team on team achievements, challenges, and plans for improvement
    Proven track record in sales team management and adept at delivering successful outcomes from both inbound and outbound sales channels
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating a strong and positive sales success culture
    Skilled at coaching individuals in pursuit of sales excellence
    Ability to act decisively based on sales analysis to enhance sales performance
    Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and excellent sales reporting skills
