    Job Title: AI Solutions Lead

    Location: Full time remote

    Start Date: May 2024

    Job Type: Contract

    Duration: 3 months initially (will be further extension)

    My global client is looking for an AI Solutions Specialist will deliver business and technical solutions for the business and use cases directed towards AI-driven data and evidence mining. The main responsibilities of the AI Solutions Specialist pertain to developing business strategies for AI solutions across the business and ensuring the successful delivery of the business solution for the AI-drive Mining project

    A key component to this role will be providing specific recommendations for market analysis in addition to having a deep understanding of the AI business requirements and latest trends

    Experience:

    • At least 10 years of demonstrated, progressively responsible, professional experience in leading or contributing to complex AI and digital transformation projects
    • Demonstrated senior experience with overseeing technology-led projects including machine learning and NLP
    • Demonstrated experience with acting as interface between client and technology service provider and ensuring smooth communication both ways, understanding the larger user-focused environment
    • Experience with similar projects and understanding of evaluation are assets

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and open source community) for AI development and deployment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.
    • Strong business acumen with knowledge of AI trends, business values, investments, and available tools and technology solutions for data-driven research and evidence mining.
    • Skills in AI piloting and use case development and testing.
    • Broad and authoritative knowledge information technologies related to automated data management systems powered by artificial intelligence
    • Demonstrated project management capacity, strong organizational and communication skills, and proven ability to produce results to deadlines.
    • Demonstrated experience in facilitating dialogue between technical stakeholders and non-technical client and accompanying change.

    The position would focus in priority on:

    • Research and evaluate new AI techniques, tools, and technologies to stay at the forefront of the field.
    • Advise AI pilot projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Working closely with the AI lead, data scientists, and IT solutions specialists to assess needs and ensure alignment of AI solutions with existing data assets.
    • Advising on products and available solutions for AI use cases considering available market options and anticipating future evolutions and needs;
    • In alignment with assessments, design and report on replicable metrics to show feasibility, usability, impact, and risks of the pilot use case.
    • Advising on development of short, medium, and long-term business transformation and change management pathway.
    • Advising on eventual selection and management of service providers as appropriate for the successful production of the solution prototype;:
    • The AI Solutions Specialist will ensure the AI-driven Evidence Mining solution will drive value fo and other use cases.
    • The AI Solutions Specialist will work with the AI Lead to ensure successful planning, prototyping, and delivery of the pilot use case for replicability and scalability in alignment with the broader agenda for AI-driven activities.
    • The AI Solutions Specialist will deliver business insight on AI solutions appropriate for and other AIuse cases for research and data mining.
    • The AI Solutions Specialist will ensure business solutions add value to and its stakeholders, ensuring AI solutions are replicable, reusable, and interoperable for other relevant use cases across
    • Deliver insight on latest AI business and technical solutions appropriate for the project.
    • Ensure the successful piloting and delivery of the AI-Driven Evidence Mining Project as one of the priority use cases.
    • Provide a comprehensive approach to transformation, including adaptation in the ways of working through potential process modifications, and change management (stakeholder engagement, training, and communication) for successful implementation and scaling of the pilot for production.
