Description
Service Charge Finance Assistant's will answer all leaseholder queries, if needs be talking to other parts of the business to get explanations on charges; where necessary they will also be required to calculate and process adjustments.

Description
The main duties of the Service Charge Finance Officer are:
- Ensure that important data is entered onto the system accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Calculating and entering all rent charges onto the financial system whilst supporting the Rent Business Partner to ensure that all rents are set and monitored
- Reconciling all relevant property expenditure, ensuring it is accurately coded against the correct properties so that service charges are accurately set to reflect the appropriate expenditure being incurred.
- Monthly variance reporting
Profile
The successful Service Charge Finance Officer:
- A good understanding of service charges and why they are applied
- Exemplary customer services skills
- Competent with Excel and competent with figures
- Worked in housing/property or similar
Job Offer
The successful Service Charge Finance Officer will receive:
- £15ph-£18ph
