    About the Role:
    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Life Science Recruitment Associate to join our team.

    In this entry-level position, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts, focusing on business development, and assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and placement activities.

    Monitor and track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance against targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement.

    Assist senior recruiters with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and interest in potential job opportunities.
    Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our CRM system.
    Bachelor's degree in science is strongly preferred.
    Strong interest in sales, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Previous experience in recruitment or customer service roles is a plus, but not required.
