- Coach and support line managers on HR activities aligned with our People Strategy.
- Advise on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Act as the first point of contact for managers on all employee relations matters.
- Deliver training to ensure managers understand and adhere to HR policies.
- Assist in upskilling managers in alignment with our People Strategy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Map internal procedures to streamline processes.
- Support in absence management and welfare issues.
- Assist with restructures across sites as approved by the Board.
- Manage HR projects as needed according to our People roadmap.
- Support with TUPE transfers and performance management processes.
- Provide monthly board reports on relevant HR metrics.
- You will be required to work from their Stroud based offices, and other operating sites throughout the week (2 days WFH)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
- CIPD qualified level 7 or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in delivering people projects.
- Experience with TUPE transfers is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
