- The primary responsibility of the Business Development team is to conduct high-quality outbound prospecting through various channels such as LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for recording new leads and maintaining the CRM Salesforce database, as well as working on calling campaigns within an allocated timeframe.
- You will also need to follow up on incoming activity from our website to support lead generation and ensure that relevant sales activities are recorded accurately for future references.
- Furthermore, attending training provided to enhance your performance is essential to your success in this role.
