My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital E-Learning Specialist to join our growing Learning Academy team.The Academy is at the heart of learning within their business and due to an exciting period of transformation and growth they have recently embarked on the biggest training programme in their history and have ambitious plans for the future.
This role would suit an experienced e-learning professional who is passionate about delivering a high-quality training experience and can be an ambassador for the Learning Academy.
Duties include:
- Developing and building learning solutions in multiple formats and media
- Designing, testing, and delivering new learning solutions, and maintaining current solutions to address continuous improvement to product and process.
- Become the Subject matter expert for content development, supporting the rest of the Academy and the wider business to deliver excellent elearning projects.
- Leading projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, design, development, launch, and analysing impact.
- Working with our key stakeholders to provide consultation and recommendations.
- Using data to show how elearning can have an impact to the business and add value.
- Administrative activities relating to our Learning Management system and maintaining learning records.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be used to building strong relationships across the business, including working with senior management to ensure their vision is captured in our learning.
This is an exciting role and offers great benefits including a salary of £36,500 to £40,500 (based on experience and skills)
