    TECHNICAL INTERNAL SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

    Reports to: Sales Manager
    Salary: £25, £35,000 (D.O.E)
    Benefits: Pension, 20 days Holiday, plus Bank Holidays, plus Xmas Holiday shutdown
    Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
    Pattern of work: Full time, Permanent.

    For over two decades our client has developed exclusive partnerships with world-leading manufacturers supplying a wide portfolio of products that include Cable and Litz Wire, RFI/EMI Shielding, Thermal Interface Materials, Elastomeric Connectors and Custom Heat Sinks.

    The Role:
    As part of their continued growth, an exciting vacancy has arisen for Technical Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator position working closely with the Sales Manager.
    Training will be given for the role and to be successful you will need a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated with a can-do attitude who takes some initiative in tasks that may be given, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Quality of work over quantity is key to be successful in this role.
    The position suits an individual wishing to work in a small company with exposure to a variety of tasks with the potential in the future to develop into a higher-level sales role that will grow with the business and learn from an experienced sales manager to develop their skills.
    Training will be provided for the role, and they will work with you to help you become self-sufficient.

    Key Tasks:

    • Create and send customer quotations.
    • Quote follow up for conversion to order.
    • Liaising with supplies and customers enquiries
    • Log RFQ's into the company's spreadsheet CRM and track other sales spreadsheet.
    • Update on Sales activity.
    • Assist marketing with company social media platforms, E.g. - LinkedIn, website news articles.
    • Training on product portfolio
    • Answering incoming telephone calls, data entry tasks
    • Updating customer records
    • Any other duties which may be asked of you according to demand/resources.
    Future Tasks:
    • More responsibilities in the Sales team
    • Assist contract review team with process of orders.
    • Assist QA team with any RMA processes and ISO Documentation
    • Assist dispatch team when necessary.
    • Potential attendance of future exhibitions/trade shows
    Essential Skills & Experience:
    It is essential that you have a proactive attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a structured approach to work, prioritise and manage the workload efficiently and effectively, whilst demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
    • High level of knowledge for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Experience with Sage is essential
    • Excellent Customer Service
    • Experience working within an office environment
    • Experience working in a similar sector is a strong advantage
