Established over 40 years ago, we now employ more than 850 staff across the UK and we work with the country's major house builders.

Last year we acquired a solar PV business and solar installations are now a rapidly growing part of our business.

The Role

To ensure correct and accurate invoicing of customer debt considering the individual customers requirement, and then the subsequent allocation of payment receipts.

Key Responsibilities

To raise invoices in line with the billing schedule and submit to the appropriate site/customer to ensure all work completed is invoiced at the correct time
To allocate payments received from builders in line with remittances received
To communicate with the Regional Manager when required to ensure the timely receipt of the signed confirmation of works from site
To update the 'date changed invoices' spreadsheet to ensure all date changed invoices and the reasons for the date change are recorded accurately
To raise authorised credit notes as required to update and correct customers' ledgers
To carry out additional tasks to support the business as required

Skills:

Building and maintaining strong working relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel
Good organisational skills, including time management and prioritising effectively
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
