COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Tay Letting are excited to be hiring for a Compliance Administrator position, based in our Glasgow Office.

This role has become available due to company growth and is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in Property Management.


You will act as a direct point of contact for landlords and tenants in relation to ensuring properties are compliant with current safety legislation and implement the process that brings a speedy resolution to always ensure this, escalating any unresolved issues to your line manager.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Record and maintain up to date safety certifications to ensure properties are compliant with current legislation.


Arrange a quotation / negotiate rate for compliance certification and any associated works from the preferred contractor list and communicate to relevant parties.

Share information with all parties and get the relevant authority required before actioning certifications and any associated works involved.


Liaise with contractors in relation to certification and any remedial work being done and ensure timescales and costings are in line with expectations.


Report to your line manager instances that are proving a challenge to keep a property up to date with current legislation whether it be down to tenant, contractor, or landlord.

Any ad hoc duties deemed reasonable for the job role.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good attention to detail.

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Previous experience dealing with customer enquiries over multi-channels.

Ability to prioritise workload using our compliance and maintenance portal.

Have a working knowledge of Microsoft products, Fixflo and SME. (This would help, but training will be provided).

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
