    HLTA - Special Needs School - Tower Hamlets Location - £90/£120 a day - Long Term - ASAP Start

    ***HLTA required for Special Needs School in Tower Hamlets

    ***HLTA must have previous experience working with ASD and Complex Needs
    ***HLTA must have extensive experience and knowledge of the SEN setting
    ***HLTA required ASAP on a long-term basis
    ***Excellent room for career progression

    Would you describe yourself as a capable HLTA that would be able to confidently cover and take over classes as and when required?

    Are you a HLTA who possess' strong behaviour management skills?

    If you answered yes to the above, then this HLTA role is for you

    The Role - HLTA (Special Needs)


    We are looking for a HLTA to join a high achieving Special Needs School starting ASAP to support students with ASD and Complex Needs.

    As a HLTA you will be required to assist the classroom teacher when required, offering support and guidance to TAs and LSAs, preparing and developing resources for learning activities, lead small groups of pupils or small classes as and when required and recording and reporting the progress of pupils.

    For this HLTA role, you must have a calm and confident approach and must have the ability to build up rapport with students ensuring that positive progress is being made.
