    We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Care Assessors to join us in providing quality services for vulnerable adults in Herefordshire.


    Our Social Care Assessors in Adult Social Care are an essential part of our team, and the right candidate will have lots of opportunities for learning and potential career progression.


    You will have experience of working with adults with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities or mental health needs.

    An excellent communicator with honed organisational skills, you will be looking to further develop in a career that offers great progression and makes a difference to adults' wellbeing.


    You will receive regular supervision, working in a supportive environment with other social care staff and have a range of benefits to ensure a good work-life balance while also being able to conduct the full requirements of the role.

    Herefordshire is a rural county and the ability to travel is essential to the post. This is a full time post with the benefit of flexible hybrid working.

    About You

    As a Social Care Assessor you will have:

    • Experience of working in a care environment.
    • Good understanding of relevant social care legislation, guidance and practice.
    • Knowledge of the needs of vulnerable adults within the context of the role.
    • The ability to successfully deliver a customer focused service to exacting targets and objectives.
