- Completing monthly payroll for over 1,000+ staff, including variable overtime and casual hours which is fully supported by internal systems and HR Teams
- Processing new starters & making amendments as required
- Responsible for back pay, sick pay, maternity & paternity calculations
- Assist with reporting, producing Payslips, P45's, statutory year-end returns and P60's
- Monitor email accounts daily, log and resolve payroll queries
- Supporting with payroll processing Via BACS
- Training colleagues on payroll procedures and best practice RTI and pension uploads; Liaising with HMRC for tax code changes; Calculating and processing new starters, leavers; Calculating deductions, statutory payments, and sick pay; Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Administrator vacancy: Previous end to end payroll experience, gained within a fast paced environment; Excellent communication skills, able to liaise at all levels; The ability to work to deadlines, whilst remaining accurate. - Experience in payroll with a good understanding of PAYE, SSP, Maternity and Paternity calculations
- Comfortable with high volumes of processing with the ability to maintain levels of accuracy.
