- Event Planning: Conceptualise, plan, and execute engaging events that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, equipment rental, and transportation.
- Budgeting and Finance: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and tracking expenses.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and brand exposure.
- Team Leadership: Oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of each event and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all events adhere to relevant regulations and health and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for craft beer and the beverage industry is a plus.
