    Job Title: Events & Festival Manager Location: London, Salary (DOE): £30,000-£40,000 per annum + Bonus

    About Us: We are a vibrant start-up beer company based in the heart of Chelsea, London. Our mission is to deliver exceptional beer to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Events Manager to join our team and play a key role in our journey.

    The Role: As an Events & Festival Manager at our start-up beer company, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events, from festivals to all things regarding promotional activities. You will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and make a significant impact on our brand's success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Event Planning: Conceptualise, plan, and execute engaging events that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
    • Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, equipment rental, and transportation.
    • Budgeting and Finance: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and tracking expenses.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and brand exposure.
    • Team Leadership: Oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of each event and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Compliance: Ensure all events adhere to relevant regulations and health and safety standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the beverage industry.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A passion for craft beer and the beverage industry is a plus.
