    Music Teacher | Hammersmith & Fulham | September 2023

    The opportunity for a passionate, ambitious and dedicated Music Teacher to work at an exciting and progressive Secondary School in Hammersmith & Fulham has just become available.

    Starting in September 2024, this Music Teacher opportunity will see you joining a creative and innovative Music department that is ready to help support you during your ECT years.

    We are specifically looking to appoint a Music Teacher who is passionate about working in disadvantaged communities as the school have a significant high number of Pupil Premium students.

    You will join a growing Music department and under the guidance of a talented Head of Department. The successful Music Teacher will be mentored by an experienced Lead Practitioner and have weekly CPD training along with all of the school's other ECT cohort.

    This Music Teacher opportunity is suitable for an individual with a fantastic track record who is excited to watch students flourish and progress. This Music Teacher role will see you delivering a high-quality of teaching that drives achievement and inspires learning.

    • Music Teacher role for September 2024
    • Exciting, well-resourced 11-18 Secondary School based in Hammersmith & Fulham
    • Full-time, permanent school contract to start in September 2024
    • Close-knit supportive Music department with talented HOD
    • Energetic, innovative, and creative Music department
    • Experienced Lead Practitioner as your ECT mentor
    • Weekly CPD, training and progression
    This Music Teacher role will see you joining a fantastic team lead by a fantastic HOD who is excited to collaborate with the incoming Music Teacher to further enhance the school's Music offering.
    • UK Teaching qualification such as a PGCE, SCITT, or Bachelor of Education (BEd)
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • Minimum of a 2:1 degree within Music
    • Ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievements up to KS5
    • Innovative and creative approach ready to engage, enthuse and progress learning
    • Exceptional subject knowledge of Music
