The role is primarily to provide administration support within a small team in the residential department.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

Working alongside our amazing conveyancers, you will be able to assist them in dealing with clients on their property transactions.
This role involves but is not limited to:
- Opening files on DPS and setting up paper files
- Photocopying
- Scanning including ID scanning for visitors
- Filing
- Seeing clients to take initial paperwork where required
- Speaking with site offices and developer's solicitors where required
- Speaking with clients on the telephone
- Assisting with collating information for reports on report days
Correspondence:
- Date stamping incoming post
- Preparing outgoing post
Archiving filing:
- Retrieving and filing away archive files
- Maintaining the archive file spreadsheet
Internal Audits:
- Selecting closed files for audit and making a record
- Organising files ready for audit
- Preparing audit records for manager
Requirements:
- Residential conveyancing/legal experience
- Being organised, hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Computer literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
